The only thing that I don't like about Nebraska is our hail storms! Today's was a DOOZY to say the least. I left a little early in order to miss it, but ended up driving right into it. It was pretty much sitting over Lodgepole. :( I passed our pastor, he was sitting on the shoulder, he told me that it was pretty bad ahead. So I pulled over as well. He headed out before I did and then waited for me in Lodgepole to make sure that I got home ok.

The house did ok, but the garden is pretty trashed. I am hoping it bounces back. On a good note, our one peach is still "standing"! YAY!

Today I got to play BINGO with some of the residents at the Nursing Home in Chappell. It was so much fun. They really know how to have a good time :). For every game they win they get 2 nickels. Most of them have these cute little piggy banks that they bring with them to put their winnings in when they hit BINGO! The bottoms picture is my table. The top one is my friend, Lyndsey's, table.
