Many of you might remember this large bookcase that we purchased from some guy in Colorado last year for about $25. Other then needing a good bath, it was in pretty good shape. At the time we bought it we were just moving in to the house on 3rd Street in Chappell and had this HUGE wall in the kitchen. This worked excellent for all Jen's jars and other small items. Well this house, we don't have any huge walls... well anywhere in the house. LOL But we do have a good saw and some imagination. So we measured the wall we wanted to place it on, and made some configuring to make use out of as much of it as we could. I think it turned out pretty good! The only thing left we have to do is clean up some of the slots, fill it, add the LED lights, and add the butcher block top that we got for it. But for now, this is how nicely it fits in the new kitchen! Fergie is a big fan of it too. She is trying to figure out how she can make one of these slots her new "office with a view". LOL
