Full day of painting in the living room today! It started out with me being VERY excited to see the sage color paint we picked out on our walls finally.
I started painting on the East wall next to the wood stove and the color wasn't turning out how we imagined. But I decided that I would paint it all because I knew it would look different once the whole room was done. Or it would grow on me. So... that's what I did. When I got all done, it was still light out so I took some pictures and couldn't believe what I was seeing. The colors weren't changing to what I thought they were supposed to look like - but just in the South East corner of the room. The North West corner was PERFECT (a little darker then we wanted, but pretty close to perfect).

So, we haven't decided what we are going to do about the color. We REALLY like the NW corner, but Keil keeps playing the Miami Vice Theme Song every time he looks at the SE corner - LOL - Maybe curtains will help!
